icon.png dimensions (0 x 0) don't meet the size requirements. The icon file must be 57x57 pixels, in .png format.

Right after installing Xcode 4.2.1 Build 4D502, I started getting these weird errors when trying to validate and submit an App update to the App store. I know I haven't made changes to the my App project since I have upgraded to iOS5.

I must have wasted several hours before trying to use the "Application Loader". Application Loader didn't work either, it was out of date, I ended up downloading latest version from here
